As a clinically licensed social worker it is my mission to partner with you to help you achieve your mental wellness goals. Asking for help is often the hardest step, so congratulations you are already one step into your healing journey! I have 7 years of experience working with teens and young adults experiencing a wide range of challenges. From anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, family conflict, and more. At this time I am not accepting EAP referrals. I believe in partnering with clients and empowering them to achieve their goals. I focus heavily on building upon the strengths and resources you already have, and then adding in additional support. I utilize a Solution Focused approach while also incorporating skill sets from CBT, Mindfulness Based Approach, and other evidence-based approaches. We will work together to determine the path that is right for you! We will begin with a consultation call so I can answer any questions you have and to determine if we will be a good fit. You can expect me to always meet you exactly where you’re at emotionally. And my goal is to help you leave each session feeling validated in your emotions and experiences, and empowered to make intentional changes to achieve your goals.
