I know that life can be overwhelming at times and I am here to help you navigate through the different challenges that life can present. I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and phase of life issues. I am certified in DBT and I am trained in Parent Management Techniques, TF-CBT. I also hold a post graduate certificate in CBT. The beauty of being a human being is that we are all uniquely different. I believe in customizing the treatment that I provide to fit the unique needs of the individuals that I service. Through the use of the most up to date assessment tools we will collaborate to develop the best treatment plan to help you reach your identified goals. The genesis of any great therapeutic relationship is goodness of fit. The first session will focus on getting to know you, figuring out if my approach is a match for you and building a therapeutic alliance.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
