Hi, My name is Lesley! I have been working in behavioral health for almost a decade and within that time I have been a mental provider for 5 yrs creating treatment plans that change lives and minds on a daily basis. I am a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner that has worked with a diverse population of clients throughout my years of clinical experience in various psychiatric settings. I specialize in treating clients that have depression, anxiety, ADHD and PTSD. My treatment focuses on the importance of building a therapeutic relationship with my client’s in order to create individualized treatment plans that tailor my client’s needs. My individual treatment plans incorporate psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and lifestyle adjustments that creates a holistic approach to treatment. Clients can expect remission of symptoms with medication management and supportive talk therapy in a warm, friendly, caring, collaborative environment.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
