Leslie Elwell
My name is Leslie Elwell and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with people at all different stages and crossroads of life, including those with a history of trauma or negative experiences that hinder their ability to find peace, joy and fulfillment. Many of my clients want to know themselves more deeply and are seeking healthier, happier relationships. My approach to therapy is centered on a genuine, trusting relationship between myself and the client. I aim to create a non-judgmental and accepting space for clients to feel safe enough to explore vulnerable and neglected parts of themselves. I am here to support clients in getting more of what they want out of life. I honor and support the whole person. My clients leave sessions feeling witnessed, understood and supported; they feel less alone in confronting life's inevitable challenges, more stable and capable in looking at how they can affect change, and more equipped with skills and tools for making changes that support their growth and over all wellness.
