I am here to support you navigate issues related to everyday life stressors, adjusting to new challenges, roles, and situations, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, postpartum depression, and relationship issues. Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming. I believe that you should find someone you feel comfortable working with. This can take some time, but it is worth it. I am also bilingual and able to provide services in Spanish. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been trained in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, among others. I am a proud neurodiverse affirming therapist. Together we can choose interventions that are specifically helpful to you. I will meet you where you are in this process. I have worked with clients of all ages across the lifespan, from infancy to adulthood. I have also had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from community residential programs to outpatient clinics and even in a state prison serving inmates with severe mental health disorders. During our first session we will go over history and reasons why you are seeking services at this time. We will then explore what you are wanting to get out of therapy and set goals that work for you.
