I use several therapy modalities, but a main one is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which teaches a large set of coping skills to manage problem emotions and behaviors. In addition to doing individual sessions, I lead an online weekly DBT skills training group to learn these skills. You can expect to learn practical, concrete coping skills that, when used over time, improve how you feel about yourself and help move you towards the overall goal of DBT, which is "to create a life worth living".
