Empathic and experienced therapist, Are you feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope and not sure how to make changes? When we meet we will begin to develop a partnership in therapy based on your needs and goals and begin the journey that focuses on achieving a better quality of life. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. My training is primarily in psychodynamic therapy. The goals of psychodynamic therapy are self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behavior. In the first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. You will have a confidential place to share your feelings and we will work together to achieve your goals and develop ways to put into practice what we process in therapy. Therapy is a partnership of the therapist and client with the goal of empowerment to improve sense of self and quality of life. Reach out and begin to explore change in your life.
