I pledge to not see you as a diagnosis, but instead to see you as a human being with a complex history, real needs & desired goals. My home office provides a comfortable, relaxed space to engage in healing. My passion is your well-being. Let's get to work! Client-centered and collaborative, my compassionate approach is influenced by neuroscience, mind-body approaches, & trauma research. I enjoy working with clients who are LGBTQ, seniors, women, artists, people in the midst of divorce, those in grief & people who have experienced complex relational trauma. I also enjoy working with college students It is easy to find yourself in unhelpful pathways of being. This might be due to your nervous system being flooded with anger, fear & despair. In a creative way to survive, you have found unhelpful ways to cope . Part of our work together will be unraveling this muscle memory to reveal how you can live a life that is true to you. YOU become the place of self-awareness, peaceful acceptance & intentional action. As a seasoned therapist, I integrate these tools into our therapeutic work.
