My name is Lindsay Moan and I am licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in Maine. I have been in the field for approximately 6 years, working with children, families, teens, and adults to help them understand their needs with focuses in depression, trauma, anxiety, and attachment. My approach is to meet you where you are at - you lead the way, and I'll help you find direction. My skillset includes art therapy and narrative therapy, which can give space for creative problem solving and imagery to help connect therapeutic concepts to your own personal hobbies and joys. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
