After earning a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Troy University, I have worked in mental health and substance abuse facilites. My approach to counseling is centered around you, often incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy and somatic techniques. My aim is to provide you with practical tools and skills that you can apply beyond our sessions. I create a space of understanding and acceptance where you can feel completely free to be yourself. I am passionate about helping women find their authentic selves in a world that pressures us to conform. I understand the unique challenges women face. I provide a supportive and empathetic space where you can explore your true identity. Together, we will work on overcoming the obstacles holding you back and empower you to live a life that feels genuine and fulfilling. Making a decision to attend therapy is hard.
