My primary therapeutic modality is cognitive behavioral therapy because this is statistically the most effective approach. However, I use multiple approaches depending on the client and the client's goals. Clients can expect to navigate feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Goal oriented counseling to improve quality of life.
