My personal life experience makes me empathetic to others who are suffering from mental health issues, and I love the opportunity to help people heal. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable environment where we can explore your challenges, learn different ways to manage and cope with those challenges, develop realistic goals, and determine your strengths and assets as you move toward your aspirations.
