As Clinical Director of Social Workers in a psychiatric hospital and clinician at the Lahey Clinic, I saw of how trauma & medical issues impact us. I've done private practice 13 years. My life-long interest in brain development and function informs my practice for mind & body, somatic work, and emotional treatment . I'm humbled to be a part of your journey. I'm a psycho-dynamic, strengths based therapist. I will listen to the issues that brought you to therapy in the larger context of your life with a focus on known and forgotten strengths, resources and supports. I do a thorough assessment before we identify your desired goals for therapy. I try to end each session with some "homework" for your consideration. We will discuss the effects and modify these at the next session based on your feelings & feedback.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
