I specialize in Marriage counseling, Trauma Counseling, and Addiction Counseling. Person centered or couple centered. I want to get to know you on a personal level and use my training to help you move towards your goals. I use the Gottman method with couples! New understanding and perspectives of yourself and/or your relationship. Good communications skills and skills to help move towards your goals. Facing problems head on in a gentle and caring way to get the most out of every session. At the end of the day it is your hour session and I will do whatever to help with what's going on in your currant life or issues caused by past trauma.
