I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families as they face life’s challenges. Each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs and unique life experiences. I work with all demographics of clients, including experience with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, new parents, immigrant families (children and adults), and young professionals. I want my clients to succeed on their mental health journey. Our first session is used to provide and gather information and consider what major goals we would like to focus on during treatment. We then begin to build rapport and establish manageable and measurable objectives. Each client’s treatment is tailored to their needs. If a client requests homework, I will work with them on finding achievable tasks that will help them progress toward their mental health goals. My clients leave sessions feeling heard, seen and safe to be their true selves while navigating life's challenges.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
