If you're here you have made an amazing first step in your healing journey or possibly supporting someone else's journey toward greater wellbeing! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring an understanding of environmental, social, and economic factors affecting mental health. I am certified in treating ADHD in teens and young adults. I'm currently working towards a certification in DBT in order to treat self-harm, PTSD, and eating disorders among others. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual's unique experiences. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing (to name a few) with a holistic understanding of the person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to empower clients to develop insights, cultivate resilience, and foster meaningful change in their lives. Together, we work towards understanding patterns, building coping strategies, and ultimately, achieving personal growth and fulfillment.
