Starting this journey can be scary. Seeking mental health services for you, or your child, may feel overwhelming and anxiety provoking. However, I want to commend you for taking the first step towards change and healing. In my practice, I mainly serve children and adolescents/teens, however, accept adult clients as well. My areas of specialty are complex trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues and depression. I believe in a trauma informed approach and am passionate about helping my clients get the most out of each session. I believe clients should always drive treatment and use a variety of techniques to meet my client's needs, including: EMDR, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive environment for everyone. We will hone in on the concerns you bring to therapy and start a treatment plan to work towards alleviating the difficult feelings that brought you to therapy.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
