I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. After graduating from New York University, I have worked with a wide range of ages and backgrounds. I view therapy as an opportunity for growth and self introspection. Whether one is faced with challenges in day to day life, feeling overwhelmed by strong emotions, or feeling trapped by their past, I am committed to supporting and guiding my clients in learning new skills and more effective ways to living their life. While my work is informed by various treatment models, I lean heavily on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to help my clients lead fuller and more purposeful lives. In my initial session, I orient my clients to therapy and begin to get a sense of what led them to seek help. I value each client I meet and can't help but admire the bravery that the first step sometimes takes. We then work together to establish goals that will prove meaningful and helpful to them.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
