Depending on my clients needs, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy TF-CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focused Therapy approaches. I am open to seeing clients of all ages and backgrounds. You can expect to leave the first session feeling validated and valued. You will also walk away with coping skills that are useful for all clients.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
