Big feelings can rock a person’s world at any age or stage of development. I use relational talk therapy and trauma informed-attachment theory to help clients develop new insight, a healthier relationship to their emotions and new patterns of behavior. Whether you're looking to gain greater satisfaction and fulfillment in life, struggling with loss, trauma, adjusting to new circumstances, or all of the above- it would be my honor to help. My approach to therapy is curious, collaborative and individualized. My experience includes individual therapy with all ages, Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and anxiety, facilitating therapy groups, couples and family therapy, and solution-focused reflective parent coaching. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to process difficult experiences, deepen self-awareness and make meaningful changes.
