The greatest joy of being a therapist is truly making a positive impact on the lives of individuals. I am committed to inspiring clients to make healthier choices, create greater happiness, and live a satisfying life. I have 20 plus experience in counseling and social services. I have an extensive background in trauma, anxiety, depression, transitions, grief, stress, and military issues. I have experience working with individuals in the military, mental health clinics, and hospital settings. I believe that we all have the capacity within us to live a meaningful and satisfying life. We all faced challenges in different phases of our lives; however, we have the resources and strengths to live meaningful and satisfying lives. My focus is empowering clients to find their strengths with a non-judgmental and understanding style. I want my clients gain insight with different tools, solutions, and coping skills.
