I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adults, children, couples and families for over 10 years. I graduated from Walla Walla University’s school of Social Work and have been licensed since 2021. My work has primarily been focused on individuals struggling to overcome histories of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic while also calling upon somatic, mindfulness & compassion, and motivational interviewing skills. It is my sincere belief that each person contains within themselves the strength, wisdom, and knowledge to heal from any wound. As a therapist, it’s my job to provide a safe space for you to explore your challenges, support as you rediscover and tap into your strengths, and encouragement and compassion along the journey. Clients have told me that they feel calm, safe and understood during sessions.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
