That experience is more common than you think, and it frequently ties back to childhood experiences. It pains me to think of someone having to go through this alone, and it’s a big reason why I became a therapist. I’m passionate about helping people heal from the past, overcome their fears, and live up to their full potential. My role is to be your guide as you find ways to heal or effectively manage your symptoms.
