I am glad you are here! A little bit about me professionally, I received my Dual Masters at Saint Mary's College in Marriage Family Therapy and School Counseling. I specialized in Solution Focused Approach. I moved to San Franscisco to start my career as a School Counselor. After a few years, I became a Mental Health Counselor in Middle and Elementary schools. I worked with kids, families and adults for over a decade. After taking time of to raise my daughter, I am back doing what I love. Provide a safe and collaborative space to guide you in exploring and processing life’s challenges in order to work through and process them.
