I have experience in working in higher levels of care for mental health such as Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP). I specialize in working with teens and adults and continue to try and develop a safe and progressive space for growth. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your unqiue journey! I use an integrative approach of CBT, DBT, and trauma informed practices.
