Mary Green
I have 4 years of experience seeing clients under the supervision of a license clinical director and have recently become fully licensed. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics who struggle with ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia and grief. I am here to listen with empathy and without judgement. My goal is to create a safe and open space where you can express yourself freely. My approach combines evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-based Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to support clients in navigating life’s challenges, managing stress, and fostering emotional well-being. Clients can expect to take away several key benefits from therapy sessions with me, depending on their unique goals and needs. Benefits including increased self-awareness, coping skills, improve emotional regulation, a new perspective, increased confidence and self-esteem, practical tools for change, a safe space for healing and a sense of empowerment. Ultimately, you can expect therapy to be a supportive process that helps you grow, heal, and move forward with greater clarity.
