I have over a decade of experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist with couples, families, and individuals across multiple settings. I specialize in Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I have additional training in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions by Dr. Ross Greene. I have a collaborative and person-centered approach to counseling. Many of the people who come to see me are suffering in some way, be it big or small, and are searching for a way to make sense of what is happening to them. Whether it is figuring out how to deal with your emotions, building better boundaries, or finding your way towards healing, I am here to cheer you on and help you get where you want to be. Safety, or identifying things that make you feel "safe enough" is an important goal for all my clients. The way we achieve this will look different for each person, as it is important to tailor the approach to your individual needs and history. Other goals might include feeling more secure in your important relationships, navigating family boundaries, and increasing self-acceptance.

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
