My name is Mary Wilkins, I am a LCSW #107824 with the goal to help my clients remove the poignant way of thinking by creating a safe space to address your specific needs to make needed changes. I have worked in the mental health field for over fifteen years in many different sectors to included: foster care, hospice/palliative care, homelessness/housing, grief treatment, and inpatient hospital services. . My approach is governed to help you discover ways to restart, reinvent, and rectify one’s mindset. My passion is to help adults navigate through life's uncertainty by using an individualized approach that has proven to reclaim and restore a sense of life’s balance while on one’s journey to healing. I am committed to meeting you where you are and after trust is built, the therapeutic relationships will enhance with the goal of improving one’s emotions, self-esteem, and self-empowerment. I stive to motivate and support my clients to reach personal preferences of healing. I am big on respecting/promoting pure authenticity. I provide a safe and judgement free space to those dealing with an array of MH disorders. We will work collaboratively to endure healing /growth for the next stage of life.
