In our first meeting, we will lay the foundation for successful therapy. This may include discussing what you hope to achieve in therapy, your goals, and how to achieve those goals. Throughout our time working together, we will execute a plan using a variety of techniques and interventions and we will have the opportunity to assess our progress and make adjustments accordingly. My therapy style is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). After nearly a decade of practice in mental health, I have leaned toward a client-centered, goal-focused approach that gives people tools to effectively manage stressors and difficult life circumstances. You will gain insights, set goals, and make progress!.
