With a diverse background and experience with a wide variety of populations, I value your unique story and perspective on life. Therapy is not a one size fits all solution for personal struggles. With years of experience in community based services to include university settings, as well as public schools, I have worked with a wide variety of individuals and age groups. I specialize in utilizing a strengths-based approach to treatment providing freedom from negative self-talk and past trauma. Anxiety, depression, life transition, and day to day stress can be hard to manage. Feelings of isolation and loneliness can become cumbersome and create a sense of hopelessness and helplessness. I utilize integrative strategies and a holistic model to develop self-acceptance and freedom from painful thoughts and feelings. I believe everyone has the power to change and the potential for growth. I work alongside you to offer support and encouragement as you take the brave steps required for living your best life. Life is hard, but therapy doesn’t have to be. I provide the nonjudgmental space for you to explore and embrace who you are.
