I have professional experience at Community Mental Health Center, I also have experience in child welfare, and developmental disabilities. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, as well as training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have a special interest in attachment trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and health and wellness. I believe clients are resourceful and empower them to find their strengths and use them to solve their life's challenges. I work on validating their experiences and supporting them to use skills to manage their affect. Then, we work on further skills to manage their current challenge. Then, we also work on more long term goals.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
