Helping others is my life mission, and I've continued to search for effective ways to help people find solutions to their life difficulties. I've worked in a number of alternative settings, including nature-based therapies, facilitating multi family group workshops and training other therapists in developing the best ways for their clients to get the results they are looking for I operate out of a twofold approach. The first is helping the person to find the origins of the presenting problem and once that is understood, begin developing resources so that old situations do not continue to feel overwhelming I often have people tell me that I am the first counselor that "gets them". I've developed ways of helping people quickly identify their old negative beliefs, and then importantly, provide them with tools and resources so that they begin living the life that they have truly desired.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
