I am licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with all ages. I am LGBTQA+ affirming. I specialize in treating childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. In my treatment, we pay closer attention to our bodies because our bodies store memories and information. Therefore paying a closer attention our bodies, we can learn to heal from stuckness and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT and certified as a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. I believe relationship is very important. I do my best to foster therapeutic relationship so that you can build sense of togetherness and trust. Usually my clients like to have something to work on. Depending on what my clients want, I give them worksheets, or something to pay closer attention to during the week.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
