I am an Eastern Shore native and mother of three with twenty years of experience working with diverse populations. As a trauma informed provider, I understand the impact of adverse experiences on our ability to meet our true potential and am a fierce advocate for underserved and vulnerable populations. With a background in Early Childhood Development and School-Based Mental Health, I understand the complexities and challenges that come with navigating supports for children and their families. My goal is to provide my clients with a holistic, individualized experience, that focuses on the therapeutic relationship, client education, and evidence-based, client centered interventions, with the purpose of supporting growth of insight into changes needed, the resilience to achieve lasting change and effective coping skills to manage life's ups and downs successfully.
