People may experience various traumas that impact their goals, relationships, mindsets, worries, fears and negative beliefs about themselves. I believe in helping others restore their balance in life and giving them space to heal. I have 8+ years of experience working in mental health including a psychiatric hospital, MH clinic and private practice. These experiences have provided me with the knowledge and expertise to create a healthy healing space for others. I take a client-centered and strength based approach, while tailoring to each person’s individual needs. Some of the main modalities I utilize are Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) and Schema therapy. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment to allow others the ability to be vulnerable and achieve their goals and desires. I believe it is important to have a therapeutic connection with your therapist to be able to restore the balance in your life and to be given the space to heal, and I intend to create this opportunity for you.
