I work with adults who are seeking a safe and nurturing environment to navigate through anxiety, depression, self-defeating thought patterns, self-esteem issues, co-dependency, interpersonal relationship issues, sexuality, trauma, and familial issues. I strive to be a partner on your journey to feeling more whole, enlightened, self-loving, and self-accepting. I consider myself eclectic in my approach to therapy as one size does not fit all when it comes to truly unmasking the potential for self love and acceptance within each individual client. I often utilize techniques based in cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, person centered therapy, relational therapy and internal family systems therapy. In working with me you will experience a calm, engaging and accepting space. I am affirming and direct, I will utilize humor when appropriate and invite you to be present with yourself.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
