I work with motivated individuals who want to improve their quality of life and change how they feel and struggle with codependency, relationships, self-esteem issues, complex trauma, and sexuality. My approach is trauma-informed with a solution focus. We’ll work to identify the problem first, but once we do all the work to unpack, it’s time to move forward. We might take baby steps at first and break actions down into little pieces, but we have to do something. I bring my core values of commitment, honesty, and safety to every session. More than anything, my clients appreciate that I push them and help them accomplish the goals they set in therapy. My clients and I are partners, and we are in this together.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
