I'm an LCSW with over 20 years experience treating people struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, anger management, PTSD and other trauma-related issues. I am EMDR certified and an EMDR consultant and trained in Clinical Hypnosis and Brainspotting level 1. All are treatments for trauma, depression, and anxiety according to the latest research in neuroscience. I enjoy partnering with First Responders, adults and teenagers to help them work through whatever is interfering with their joy. EMDR, Brainspotting, and Clinical Hypnosis work by intervening at a deeper level than talk therapy. If you could think your way out of whatever is going on, you already would have. I believe that each of us has what we need to heal. Therapy assists you in identifying what's getting in your way. We work together to decide what is the best route for you. I welcome questions via email. Not every therapist is the right fit for everyone. I encourage you to ask questions and make sure you feel good about whoever you choose. I am of the Christian faith but I welcome all to my practice as it is a place for healing mental health issues.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
