
Natalie Real
Natalie Real is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed School Counselor in the state of Colorado. She earned her masters in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2017. She has worked with a wide range of ages and populations, which include treating those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, sexual abuse and other traumas, autism, intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses, immigration processes, and college/career counseling. Natalie is client-centered and believes cultural, familial, trauma response, and learning capacity are important attributes in understanding her clients. Natalie believes in the importance of self-discovery, self-evaluation, and a growth mindset to have positive impacts on self and personal relationships. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches to helping clients heal and reach their full potential, which include mindfulness, solution-focused, play therapy, CBT, and holistic techniques. Clients can expect to feel understood and supported. Natalie will meet clients where they are to work together to determine real-life solutions that fit their specific needs. Clients will feel empowered to take action in their new paths forward.
