I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College in the State of New York, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY and FL. I have extensive experience with dual diagnoses including co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I additionally have significant experience counseling individuals through various life transitions. I have extensive experience working with family conflict and am certified in alternative dispute resolution techniques. I believe each person is unique, and that we all heal and grow differently. Whether you believe in clinical therapy or holistic therapy, I integrate a wide array of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I am also certified as a first-degree level Reiki practitioner. I am eager to listen to and understand your needs and desires to assist you in alleviating personal conflicts you and your family may be facing, and to help you grow, heal, and pave your way to a more desired state of being.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
