I believe in preventative care for mental health as well as physical health. My goal is to partner with you to enhance your capacity for social functioning. We will get there through therapeutic methods that will be unique to you as an individual. My approach to therapy will always include an initial assessment to determine capacity and develop a care plan that will benefit your learning style and needs. My work includes solution and client focused interventions with CBT, as well as empowerment and strength based therapeutic methods. Each session will be goal oriented, we will review barriers and partner to resolved impediments to mental wellness. You can expect to feel supported, gain knowledge, and practice healthy interventions during our sessions.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
