I graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with a Master of Science in Social Work. With over 10 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from guiding families in a vibrant immigrant community in New York to providing care at a certified mental health clinic near downtown L.A. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor my work to the unique needs of each individual. These approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and Coherence Therapy. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Self-Trust and Integrated Resilience (STAIR) Level 1. I’ll help you build a personalized toolbox of regulation skills so you can navigate your emotions with ease. Using both cognitive and experiential methods, we’ll embrace your inner experiences as valuable data that lead to discovery of hidden emotional schema and mental models.
