Paul Haggan
I am a Ph.D., LPC therapist with decades of experience with teens, young adults, couples and mid-life individuals. I am an efficient, encouraging and down to earth person. I help individuals adjust to college, athletes and busy professionals overcome anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief or developmental transitions as well as couples in need of conflict resolution and quality of life improvement. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, CBT, which focuses on supporting individuals in general, students transitioning to college, athletes and equestrians in overcoming adversity and achieving their competitive and lifestyle goals. I also work with individuals and couples, helping them navigate conflict, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. By providing personalized, empathetic care, I empower clients to build resilience and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Clients can expect a warm and efficient approach in sessions with me, where we break down their challenges, identify strengths, while developing skills and strategies to overcome them. Together, we work to overcome obstacles and uncover a sense of one's authentic self, values and virtues. Clients will leave with insight, practical skills and strategies for successful living, equipped to handle life's complexities with confidence and resilience.
