Hello! My name is Pinkie (yes, it's my real name!) Huff and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. With nearly five years of experience operating in the state of Texas, I have worked with individuals as young as 3 years old and over, with couples, family members, and groups and partner with them as they navigate through a wide variety of concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, marital difficulties, and parentification. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and solution focused. I approach each session with an open mind and a non-judgmental stance. I want you to leave each session with me feeling validated and empowered. It is important to me for you to feel heard because there are too many instances in life daily where we are wasting words on people who do not hear us.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
