Rachel Stiff
Hello! This is a great step you are taking for yourself and I am looking forward to collaborating with you on your journey to heal, make healthy changes and meet your goals! As a LMFT in practice for the last 18 years, I consider what I "get to do" as a sacred privilege. Each person is unique so my first focus is to build a strong working relationship to know what might help and to facilitate a safe place to do so:) My approach is relational, systemic, contextual and integrative based upon the client(s) needs and uniqueness of what helps the most. I am collaborative and gravitate more towards Narrative, CBT, Attachment, IFS, Mindfulness, offer faith based if requested, holistic, Emotion-Focused, Gottman methods, strengths-based and experiential techniques as well. Establishing self-nourishment rhythms along with coping and grounding techniques, increase in support, identifying "anchors" and therapeutic goals of what clients want to work on in addition to developing specific, measurable objectives with each goal.
