I'm Licensed in Clinical Social Work in the state of New Jersey. I have over 25 years of experience working with adults, children, couples and their families. I also work with women of all ages to help them build their self esteem and confidence so that they can express themselves calmly and clearly, and feel entitled to be who they are. I also work with adults, with a history of psychiatric hospitalization, and who needs continues psychotherapy to maintain stable functioning. My therapeutic sessions are focused on exploring and empowering your skills needed to lead a happier personal life. I do this by using various therapeutics techniques, CBT and family systems. I'm also certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I give high importance to each clients cultural, traditional and spiritual values and try to accommodate these needs in therapy. I work with teens who think and perform differently than their peers. I work with them as an ally who understands their challenges and strive to find innovative strategies to excite and motivate them.
