As a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that people can make small changes in their lives that can have a profound impact in their quality of life. Life happens and prioritizing our mental health can be a challenge. That is why I am here to help you start that journey. I work alongside pre-teens, adolescents, and adults in addressing mental health challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, grief, and compassion fatigue for service providers. My work as a mental health provider has been dedicated to servicing pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families in this community. My therapeutic interventions are trauma informed and tailored to the individuals and families I serve. My therapeutic interventions are informed by DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused modalities.
