I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M, an MS in Neuroscience, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in somatic trauma, anxiety and inner child work, utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as IFS, and EMDR, that target subconscious thought patterns, allowing us to delve deep into the psyche, uncover the root causes of cognitive distortions, and heal the mind, body, and soul.
