I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My journey began 5 years ago as a case manager to intern therapist, and then as a therapist at Memorial Healthcare. I have worked with various populations and diverse backgrounds, including post-partum mothers, men and women who are moving from one life stage to the next, depression, anxiety, and relationships. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Couples Therapy in my work. I often use Collaborative and Narrative Therapy in my practice. Using Collaborative and Narrative Therapy means to journey alongside you, as you take on your journey. There may be times in which I lead, but my goal is to be right next to you to ensure that you can also see your destination. My clients describe me as authentic, attentive, approachable, helpful, and non-judgmental. They have said that they feel empowered, "as if a weight has lifted from their shoulders" after session are completed.
