My name is Rhea Lester, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with ove 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, and teens with various concerns including trauma, domestic violence, early childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, school/career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. My counseling style is client-centered with a holistic integrative approach which means I use more than one approach combining techniques that fit the unique needs of each of my clients. I work from a trauma-informed approach. I am Level 2 IFS. I utilize EMDR, Somatic work, EFT, and other embodiment approaches. I am working towards certification as a Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator, a Holotripic informed modality. I believe the therapeutic relationship is crucial when beginning therapy. .
